Amending O. Reg. 321/12
(CLASSES OF MEMBERS AND REGISTRATION)
1. Section 7 of Ontario Regulation 321/12 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(3.1) Despite anything to the contrary in this section,
(a) the term of a provisional certificate that would expire on or after April 21, 2020 and before June 16, 2020 is extended by 120 days; and
(b) the term of a provisional certificate that expired on or after March 18, 2020 and before April 21, 2020 is extended for the period beginning on April 21, 2020 and ending on the day that is 120 days after the term expired.
2. Section 8 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2.1) Despite anything to the contrary in this section,
(a) the term of a statement of membership that would expire on or after April 21, 2020 and before September 18, 2020 is extended by 120 days; and
(b) the term of a statement of membership that expired on or after March 18, 2020 and before April 21, 2020 is extended for the period beginning on April 21, 2020 and ending on the day that is 120 days after the term expired.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
