Amending Reg. 730 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Section 4 of Regulation 730 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(4) Despite subsections (2) and (3), a Class 1 licence that is valid on July 31, 2020 shall continue to be valid up to and including July 31, 2021.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
