Amending O. Reg. 82/20

(ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.0.2 (4) OF THE ACT - STAGE 1 CLOSURES)

1. Section 0.1 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 82/20 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(12) The amendments made by Ontario Regulation 300/20 take effect at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.

2. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 0.2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are revoked.

3. Section 3.2 of Schedule 3 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Day camps for children

3.2 Every person responsible for a day camp for children shall ensure that it is operated in a manner consistent with the safety guidelines for COVID-19 for summer day camps produced by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health.
