Amending O. Reg. 155/18

(GENERAL MATTERS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL)

1. (1) The definition of “emergency” in subsection 99.1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 155/18 is revoked.

(2) Subsection 99.1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “and subject to subsection (2.1)” after “subsections 99 (2) and (3)” in the portion before clause (a).

(3) Section 99.1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2.1) No deviation from the requirements referred to in subsection (2) is permitted after the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 505/20 made under the Act comes into force.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
