Appeals to Tribunal

Notice of Appeal

1. For the purposes of subsection 10 (2) of the Act, a person who appeals a decision of AgriCorp under subsection 10 (1) of the Act shall,

(a) file the notice of appeal with the Tribunal within 365 days of the day the appellant receives the decision; and

(b) send a copy of the notice of appeal to AgriCorp.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
