MODERATION PERIODS UNDER SUBSECTION 9 (5) OF THE ACT
Moderation period
1. The moderation period in respect of the class of employees covered by the collective agreement between York University and Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 1356-2 in operation from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 begins on January 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2024.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
