Amending Reg. 608 of R.R.O. 1990

(RESTRICTED USE OF LEFT LANES BY COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to Regulation 608 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “800” and substituting “2440”.

(2) Paragraph 1.0.1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “800” and substituting “1970”.

(3) Paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “415 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mavis Road” and substituting “at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mississauga Road/Erin Mills Parkway”.

(4) Paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “779 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mavis Road” and substituting “at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mississauga Road/Erin Mills Parkway”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
