Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Items 507.5 to 507.8 of Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

 

	507.5	Fail to stop for school bus — signal lights — meeting	subsection 175 (11)
	507.6	Fail to stop for school bus — stop arm — meeting	subsection 175 (11.1)
	507.7	Fail to stop for school bus — signal lights— overtaking	subsection 175 (12)
	507.8	Fail to stop for school bus — stop arm — overtaking	subsection 175 (12.1)
	507.9	Fail to stop at least 20 meters behind school bus	subsection 175 (12.2)
	507.10	Fail to stop for school bus — owner	subsection 175 (19)
	507.11	Fail to stop for school bus — owner	subsection 175 (19.1)
	507.12	Fail to stop for school bus — owner	subsection 175 (20)
	507.13	Fail to stop for school bus — owner	subsection 175 (20.1)

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 21 (1) of Schedule 4 to the Cannabis, Smoke-Free Ontario and Road Safety Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
