Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

 

	116.3	Driving instructor — B.A.C. above zero	subsection 58.0.1 (1)
	116.4	Driving instructor — presence of drug	subsection 58.0.1 (2)
	116.5	Driving instructor fail to provide breath sample	subsection 58.0.1 (4)
	116.6	Driving instructor fail to provide oral fluid sample	subsection 58.0.1 (6)

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 22 of Schedule 1 to the Getting Ontario Moving Act (Transportation Statute Law Amendment), 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
