Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. (1) Schedule 52.1 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

Extreme terrain vehicle — fail to comply with equipment standard or requirement

section 19.5

(2) Items 37 to 41 of Schedule 52.1 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

 

37.	Passenger not in seating position with seat belt	clause 19.1 (2) (a)
38.	Passenger fail to wear seat belt properly	clause 19.1 (2) (b)
39.	Driver fail to wear seat belt properly	subsection 19.1 (3)
40.	Drive with passenger not in seating position with seat belt	clause 19.1 (4) (a)
41.	Drive with passenger not wearing seat belt properly	clause 19.1 (4) (b)

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
