(ASSIGNMENT OF POWERS AND DUTIES)
1. Item 1 of Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 141/01 is revoked and the following substituted:

Clause 3 (1) (b) |
To control the delivery of liquor to the public, including, (a) the delivery, by a winery, of liquor that the winery may sell from a store it owns and operates; (b) the delivery, by a manufacturer of beer or spirits, of liquor that the manufacturer may sell from a store it owns and operates; and (c) the delivery, by Brewers Retail Inc., of liquor that may be sold from a store it operates. |
