Small Estates

Value of a small estate

1. For the purposes of the definition of “small estate” in section 1 of the Act, the prescribed amount is $150,000.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 8 to the Smarter and Stronger Justice Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
