Amending O. Reg. 364/20
(RULES FOR AREAS IN STAGE 3)
1. Section 4 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 364/20 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(1.4) In the Orange Zone, the person responsible for a business or place that is open and that rents out meeting or event space shall ensure that the business or place actively screens individuals in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the business or place.
2. (1) Subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
13. In the Orange Zone, the establishment must actively screen any dine-in patrons in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the establishment.
(2) Section 4 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
7. In the Orange Zone, individuals must be actively screened in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the establishment.
(3) The French version of the heading immediately after section 4 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(4) Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following section immediately after the heading “Shopping and retail”:
Shopping malls
4.1 In the Orange Zone, indoor shopping malls may open if they actively screen individuals in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the mall.
(5) Subsection 8 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “yoga and dance studios and other fitness facilities” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “yoga and dance studios, soccer and other sports domes and other fitness facilities”.
(6) Subsection 8 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
6.1 In the Orange Zone, the facility must actively screen individuals in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the facility.
(7) Section 10 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(5) In the Orange Zone, the person responsible for the cinema must actively screen individuals in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the cinema.
(8) Subsection 11 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
6. In the Orange Zone, the venue must actively screen individuals in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the venue.
(9) Subsection 14 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
3. In the Orange Zone, the establishment must actively screen individuals in accordance with the advice, recommendations and instructions of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health before they enter the indoor premises of the establishment.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
