Amending O. Reg. 658/20
(MODERATION PERIODS UNDER SUBSECTION 9 (5) OF THE ACT)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 658/20 is revoked and the following substituted:
Moderation period — Villa Forum and LIUNA
2. The moderation period in respect of the class of employees covered by the collective agreement between Villa Forum and Labourers' International Union of North America, Local 3000 in operation from May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2020 begins on May 1, 2020 and ends on April 30, 2023.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
