Amending O. Reg. 126/10

(ADJUDICATIVE TRIBUNALS AND CLUSTERS)

1. Section 1.1 of Ontario Regulation 126/10 is revoked.

2. (1) Paragraphs 4, 10, 15, 21.1 and 22.1 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are revoked.

(2) Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

26.  Ontario Land Tribunal.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
