AUTHORIZED PRESCRIBERS
Authorized prescribers
1. A physician or nurse who is authorized under the laws of Manitoba or Quebec to give a prescription within the scope of their practice is prescribed as an authorized prescriber for the purposes of section 16 of the Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
