Amending O. Reg. 2/05

(FEE WAIVER)

1. Subclause 2 (1) (a) (i) of Ontario Regulation 2/05 is revoked and the following substituted:

(i) income assistance under the Ontario Works Act, 1997 or income support under the Ontario Disability Support Program Act, 1997,

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
