Amending O. Reg. 108/11

1. Subsection 8 (2) of Ontario Regulation 108/11 is revoked.

2. Section 15 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Notice of fine

15. A notice of fine under Part II of the Act shall be in Form 10.1.

3. (1) The row for Form 10 to the Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by striking out “September 1, 2019” in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “August 3, 2021”.

(2) The Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by adding the following row:

Municipal By-Law Parking Infraction - Notice of Fine

August 3, 2021

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 2 and 3 come into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 39 to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
