EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION PERIOD

Extension of temporary suspension period

1. For the purposes of each section of Schedule 1 to the Act, the temporary suspension period is extended to end on September 30, 2022.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 4 (1) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
