Amending O. Reg. 442/95

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 442/95 is revoked and the following substituted:

1.  The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 1 (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019) to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
