Amending O. Reg. 336/07
(DESIGNATED PUBLIC BODIES)
1. (1) Paragraphs 25 and 148 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 336/07 are revoked.
(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
159. Skilled Trades Ontario.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 38 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
