Amending O. Reg. 564/21

(TRANSITIONAL MATTERS AND DUTIES OF TRANSITION SUPERVISORY OFFICER)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 564/21 is revoked and the following substituted:

Transition period end date

3. The transition period as defined in section 64 of the Act ends on the last instant of January 31, 2022.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
