Amending O. Reg. 664/98
(FISH LICENSING)
1. Subsection 31.1 (2.2) of Ontario Regulation 664/98 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2.2) The Memorandum of Understanding between The Nipissing First Nation and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry, dated March 11, 2022, shall be deemed to be a commercial fishing licence.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of March 11, 2022 and the day it is filed.
