Amending O. Reg. 127/08

(DEFINITIONS)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 127/08 is revoked and the following substituted:

1.  A central incorporated under the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020 or comparable legislation of another jurisdiction of Canada.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
