Amending O. Reg. 659/20
(EXEMPTIONS UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE ACT)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 659/20 is revoked and the following substituted:
Exemptions, Brant Family and Children’s Services and CUPE
2. (1) The collective agreement between Brant Family and Children’s Services and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 181.02, which is in operation from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, is exempt from the application of the Act.
(2) The collective agreement between Brant Family and Children’s Services and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 181.15, which is in operation from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, is exempt from the application of the Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
