Amending O. Reg. 299/19
(ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL UNITS)
1. (1) The definition of “additional residential unit” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 299/19 is revoked and the following substituted:
“additional residential unit” means a residential unit referred to in subsection 35.1 (2) of the Act; (“unité d’habitation supplémentaire”)
(2) The definition of “primary residential unit” in section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “16 (3)” and substituting “35.1 (2)”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
