Amending O. Reg. 87/23

(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)

1. Subsection 8 (2) of Ontario Regulation 87/23 is amended by striking out “April 1, 2024” at the end and substituting “May 1, 2024”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
