Amending O. Reg. 289/01

(PENALTIES AND RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT)

1. The Table to section 1 of Ontario Regulation 289/01 is amended by striking out “1,000” wherever it appears in Column 2 and substituting in each case “5,000”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
