Amending O. Reg. 282/98

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 41 (1) of Ontario Regulation 282/98 is amended by striking out “2023 and 2024” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “2023, 2024 and 2025”.

2. Subsections 42.5 (2) and (3) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “2023 and 2024” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2023, 2024 and 2025”.

3. Section 48.6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2023 and 2024” and substituting “2023, 2024 and 2025”.

4. The headings to Tables 1 to 5 of Part X of the Regulation are amended by striking out “2024” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2025”.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
