Amending O. Reg. 99/23

(LICENSING — TEMPORARY HELP AGENCIES AND RECRUITERS)

1. Paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 8 of Ontario Regulation 99/23 are revoked and the following substituted:

2. For every person licensed under the Act,

i. the city or town, province or state and country of the person’s business address, if applicable,

ii. the business email address, if any, and

iii. the business telephone number.

3. For every person who has applied for a licence or a renewal of a licence and about which a decision is pending,

i. the name of the person and any operating or business name under which the person operates, if applicable,

ii. the city or town, province or state and country of the person’s business address, if applicable,

iii. the business email address, if any, and

iv. the business telephone number.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
