Amending Reg. 569 of R.R.O. 1990

(REPORTS)

1. (1) Paragraph 16 of Schedule 1 to Regulation 569 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

(2) Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

21.1 Northeastern Health Unit, 247 Whitewood Avenue, #43, New Liskeard.

21.2 Northeastern Health Unit, 169 Pine Street South, Timmins.

(3) Paragraph 30 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

38.1 South East Health Unit, 221 Portsmouth Avenue, Kingston.

(5) Paragraph 42 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
