Activities exempted

1. For greater clarity, for the purposes of the definition of “supervised consumption site” in section 1 of the Act, the activities in respect of which the exemption has been granted must include the supervised consumption of controlled substances or precursors.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
