Amending O. Reg. 735/20

(AMOUNTS UNDER SECTION 25.34 OF THE ACT)

1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 735/20 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

4.  Any amounts payable to an entity under a procurement contract entered into by the entity and the IESO pursuant to the directive issued under subsection 25.32 (5) of the Act and approved by Order in Council 1690/2024.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
