Amending O. Reg. 777/93

(STATUTORY CONDITIONS – AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE)

1. (1) Clause (c) of subcondition (1) of statutory condition 11 of the Schedule to Ontario Regulation 777/93 is amended by striking out “sent” and substituting “delivered”.

(2) Subcondition (1.7) of statutory condition 11 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “sent” and substituting “delivered”.

(3) Clause (a) of subcondition (5.1) of statutory condition 11 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “sent” and substituting “delivered”.

2. Paragraph 2 of subcondition (2) of statutory condition 12 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “sent” at the end and substituting “delivered”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
