Amending O. Reg. 407/21

(PILOT PROJECT - GOLF CARS)

1. Clause 4 (2) (a) of Ontario Regulation 407/21 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of subclause (ii), by striking out “and” at the end of subclause (iii) and by adding the following subclauses:

(iv)  the Township of Amherstburg, within the area of Bois Blanc Island, or

(v)  the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, within the part of Erieau that is east of the intersection of Erieau Road and Erieau Marsh Trail; and

2. Subsection 13 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Reports

(1) No later than March 1 in each year, each municipality mentioned in clause 4 (2) (a) shall submit a report to the Minister in respect of the use of golf cars in the municipality during the previous calendar year.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
