Amending O. Reg. 422/17

(GENERAL)

1. Section 10 of Ontario Regulation 422/17 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

7.2  The requirement described in paragraph 7 does not apply if the applicant is a member of the College of Early Childhood Educators whose primary occupation identified in the Express Entry system is NOC 42202 – Early childhood educators and assistants, as listed in the National Occupational Classification.

2. Section 11 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

6.2  The requirement described in paragraph 6 does not apply if the applicant is a member of the College of Early Childhood Educators whose primary occupation identified in the Express Entry system is NOC 42202 – Early childhood educators and assistants, as listed in the National Occupational Classification.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
