Amending O. Reg. 625/20

(DELEGATION OF REGULATION-MAKING AUTHORITIES)

1. Paragraph 2 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 625/20 is amended by striking out “and (h)” and substituting “(h), (h.1) and (h.2)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day subsection 5 (7) of Schedule 1 to the Homeowner Protection Act, 2024 comes into force.
