Amending O. Reg. 303/18

1. Subsection 2 (6) of Ontario Regulation 303/18 is revoked and the following substituted:

(6) A notice of annual release of holdback under subsection 26 (3) of the Act shall be in Form 6.

2. (1) The rows for Forms 1, 21 and 31 in the Table of Forms to the Regulation are amended by striking out the date in Column 3 and substituting in each case “2025/11”.

(2) The Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by striking out the rows for Forms 6 and 8 and substituting the following:

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 26 of Schedule 4 to the Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
