Revocation of O. Reg. 407/94

3. Ontario Regulation 407/94 (Designation of Additional Areas), made under the Act, is revoked.

Commencement

4. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 7 (3) of Schedule 13 to the Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(2) Section 2 comes into force on the later of January 1, 2029 and the day this Regulation is filed.
