Deadline for choosing option

1. For the purposes of subsection 58 (5) of the Act, the deadline for choosing an option referred to in subsection 58 (2) of the Act is June 5, 2026.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
