Colleges Prescribed pursuant to Clause 43 (1) (h.0.3)

Prescribed Colleges

1. The following Colleges are prescribed pursuant to clause 43 (1) (h.0.3) of the Act:

1.  The College of Nurses of Ontario.

2.  The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
