revoking various regulations

Revocations

1. The following regulations are revoked:

1. Ontario Regulation 318/99.

2. Regulation 725 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990.

3. Regulation 727 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 30 (Protecting Farmers from Non-Payment Act (Regulating Agricultural Product Dealers and Storage Operators), 2023) to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
