Amending Reg. 892 of R.R.O. 1990

(ADMINISTRATION OF THE PLAN)

1. Subsection 2.1 (1) of Regulation 892 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “January 1, 2026” and substituting “April 1, 2026”.

2. Subsection 4.7 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “January 1, 2026” and substituting “April 1, 2026”.

3. Subsection 4.9 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “January 1, 2026” and substituting “April 1, 2026”.

4. Subsection 6.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “January 1, 2026” and substituting “April 1, 2026”.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
