PRESCRIBED dates of transfer of jurisdiction

Date of transfer of jurisdiction over highways, etc.

1. For the purposes of subsection 53.1 (1) of the Act, the date prescribed for the City of Mississauga, the City of Brampton and the Town of Caledon is July 1, 2027.

Date of transfer of jurisdiction over waste collection

2. For the purposes of subsection 469.1 (1) of the Act, the date prescribed for the City of Mississauga, the City of Brampton and the Town of Caledon is October 1, 2027.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
