Amending O. Reg. 425/23

(SPECIAL PROJECTS)

1. Subsection 24 (14) of Ontario Regulation 425/23 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of clause (a), by adding “or” at the end of clause (b) and by adding the following clause:

(c) a permit has been issued under the Geologic Carbon Storage Act, 2025 authorizing the performance of any activities using one or more wells, caverns, reservoirs or other associated works that were part of the special project.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
