Commencement

6. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsections 1 (3) and (4), 2 (2), 3 (3) and (4), 4 (2) and 5 (3) and (5) come into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 10 (Species Conservation Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
