Amending O. Reg. 442/95

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Paragraph 7.1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 442/95 is revoked.

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

18.0.1 The Species Conservation Act, 2025.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 10 (Species Conservation Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
