Amending O. Reg. 312/10

(MEDICAL RESIDENT LOANS)

1. Subsection 7 (2) of Ontario Regulation 312/10 is amended by adding the following clause:

(b.1) is in receipt of financial assistance under a return of service program or a medical education or training program funded directly or indirectly by the Province of Ontario;

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
