Amending Reg. 892 of R.R.O. 1990

(ADMINISTRATION OF THE PLAN)

1. (1) Subsection 4.9 (1) of Regulation 892 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “April 1, 2026” and substituting “January 1, 2027”.

(2) Subsection 4.9 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2027” and substituting “2028”.

(3) Subsection 4.9 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$10,000,000” and substituting “$15,000,000”.

(4) Subsection 4.9 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “10,000,000” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “15,000,000”.

2. Subsection 6.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “April 1, 2026” and substituting “January 1, 2027”.

3. Subsection 8 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) For 2027 and for each subsequent calendar year, the amount of $15,000,000 is designated in each calendar year for the special fund.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
