Amending O. Reg. 108/11

(FORMS)

1. The rows for Forms 3, 4, 5, 5.1, 5.3, 6, 6.1 and 6.3 in the Table of Forms to Ontario Regulation 108/11 are amended by striking out the date in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “January 1, 2026”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 16 to the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
